Refund Policy


Product quality is our number one concern when shipping orders, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment. In the unlikely case that you find your doll is defective or damage upon delivery, please let us know as soon as possible. On a case-by-case basis we will arrange for a return and/or refund of you purchase. Note: If your doll has been used we cannot accept a return.

In most cases where damage has occurred, you will have the option for a full refund, or we will send a full replacement for no extra cost.


Once an order is placed there is a 24 hour cancellation window to accommodate customers who change their mind. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed, please email us at We will confirm and send you a cancellation email.

After 24 hours it is no longer possible to cancel orders for a full refund due to the cost of materials and labor spent to start work on your doll.
